Breeding Advisor with Sales Interest for Umeå

The focus of the position is both breeding consulting for our existing and new customers, as well as finding and developing new customers. You have a local team to lean on, but we expect you to take your own initiatives, have a sense of order and can work independently.

We sell VikingGenetics breeding material and consulting to our customers. If you become one of us, you will be part of developing the future sustainable cows and work to advance Swedish animal production in close collaboration with farmers and our other advisors.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a Farm Manager, Agronomist, Animal Husbandry graduate, Agricultural Technician, or has gained experience in breeding and animal production in other ways.
• Has an interest in sales and problem-solving on the farm.
• Has good communication skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license.

It is an extra plus if you have

• Practical experience from farming/animal production.

Full-time position based at Växa's operational site in Röbäcksdalen/Umeå.
